1983 380sl Mercedes Benz, new Mechelins/new timing belt/runs excellent.118k mile

Up for sale is my 1983 380sl and is one excellent running vehicle that has been well cared for over the years. I have owned this car since 2007. The car was sold in Florida new and never left. I just recently had the timing chain replaced, ew Michelins, ew rear calipers and brake pads. New fuse box installed. New plugs, ap and rotor.Newer convertible top is in excellent condition and was replace approximately 2 years ago. The car was garaged since I have owned it. Also had both power window motors and switches replaced. Ball joint on one side was replace and steering shock(see pictures) This car runs straight down the road at 70mph without any shakiness or mysterious pulls. Transmission shifts 1-2-3 and no unusual sounds. New muffler and tailpipe recently.The paint is very good and no a few nicks/scratches(no dents)but overall looks very nice. The hardtop that comes with the car is in very good condition. The seats have no rips or tears and no cracks in the glass.

There is a small hole in the front passengerfloor pan that needs to be welded up and most likely caused by the passenger window not working at one time/water seeped in under carpet. The innerfloor pans were all undercoatedwhen built new The radio and power antenna was working but just recently quit working--and I am looking into that trying to fix. The dash has a crack in it.

These Mercedes are a design that stands the test of time andwerewill built and stylish looking.They will always remain a very collectible, lassic car that will always holdthere value.

The car has a title that states "Rebuilt" on the title. Despite this rebuilt, tillall the body panels and bumpersline up like factory correct and the subframe was inspected on a lift beforeI bought the car in 2007.There was no frame damage and everything was fixed correctly.This really is a great running 380sl thatshould get you plenty of driving pleasure.
