• The Mercedes-Benz SL is a grand touring roadster manufactured by Mercedes since 1954. The designationSLderives from the GermanSportlich-Leicht,(Sport Lightweight) and was first applied to the 300 SL. The SL variant was a 2-seat convertible/roadster with standard soft top and optional hardtop and optional folding seats for the rear bench. The SLC (C107) derivative was a 2 door hardtop coupe with normal rear seats. The SLC is commonly referred to as an ‘SL coupe’, and this was the first time that Mercedes-Benz had based a coupe on an SL roadster platform.

  This car did belong to my father who has passed. It did run two years ago when it was parked under the car port. I know it will need a tune up and such. . Still looks in good shape. Comes with a clean Tn title. Car is located in Parrottsville Tn.
