For auction is a 1992 Mercedes Benz 500 SEL. Car was wrecked in the front years ago and has been stored indoors since 2009. Before it was parked, all body work was completed. To the best of my knowledge airbags were not deployed and the car did not suffer any frame damage. Hood was replaced, fenders and other body panels were repaired. This was originally a California car. Not sure how long its been in Michigan but the only rust is the right rear dog leg behind the rear door. All parts to put back together are in the trunk. It has an aftermarket Sony CD/MP3 player, front and rear heated seats, a 5.o Liter V8 engine, automatic trans, and is loaded with luxury options including a cell phone in the center console. The car ran when it was parked but needs a starter and battery for it to run. This vehicle is being sold as a non-running project with a clear Michigan title. This is a no-reserve auction. The winning bid gets the car, even if it's the only bid. Please ask all questions before bidding. Vehicle must be picked up within two weeks of auction close. A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of close of auction and remainder must be received within 7 days. Paypal is the only method of payment accepted. Thanks for looking.
