Up for auction is a beautiful 1983 Red mercedes-Benz 380SL with approximately 40. 00 original miles. I purchased this car from the original owner in December of 2013. The original owner bought this car new and drove it on the weekends in the summer. he only drove it on the weekends only with the hard top on. Therefore the soft top is in brand new condition. It was always garaged and i only park it in my garage too. The car doesn't see rain and certainly not snow. The car comes with an original red hard top too which is located in my other home in N. Y. Since i purchased this car i had it hand waxed. and professionally detailed. HAS HAD DUAL TIMING BELT UPGRADE done by original owner. The car has solid power and drives very smooth. The back of the drivers seat has some wear from leaning on the back where the seat belt rests. the soft top as well as the hard top are both in excellent condition. Car runs very smooth and is beautiful inside and out. tires are brand new. wheels are original and i have the manual and receipts of any paper work that was done to the car by the original owners mechanic. Though i only enjoyed the car for approximately 100 miles. i find myself in a situation. I desperately need the garage space now.
