The last design Ferdinand Porsche created for Mercedes Benz, the SSK is one of the most iconic vehicle designs in history. The rich cream and luscious chocolate brown perfectly accents the flowing wheel arches of this historic shape. With drivability and simplicity in mind, this kit was based upon a Beetle donor car. It utilizes the air cooled Volkswagen engine and 4 speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter. The rear engine layout even allows this vehicle to even have a usable storage area up front, making it a perfect vehicle for a day trip under the summer sun. Inside you will find a soft leather interior and fantastic Vintage Reproduction gauges. This vehicle also includes the removable soft top should you choose to ride the open roads in the shade.
