Description of 1986 Mercedes-Benz 500-Series Base Convertible 2-Door |
| This is my father's beautiful 560SL that he has decided to sell. As you can see from the pictures the car is as close to perfect as you can get for a 30 year old car. He purchased this car locally in the Portland Oregon Metro area and the car was originally sold by Rasmussen Motor Company in Portland, Oregon. He replaced the original headlights with Halogen lightsbut he still has the originals if somebody ever wanted to changethem back to original. The car also has a replacement audio deck but he has the original deck the car came with. The deck had already been replaced when hepurchased the car so he can'tguarantee that theoriginal works. He recently had Michelin tires put on the car and a new battery. The soft top is in newcondition and he has a wind screen. |
