Up for sale is a 1975 Mercedes Benz 280C. Having to downsize, my loss is your gain! Description: This vehicle is 1 of 2,133 units hand assembled in Germany that year. It's metallic blue paint and classic good looks are a head turner. Windshield and gasket are new w/ no scratches or blemishes. Interior has original bamboo MB-TEX leather, the tires are new on updated MB rims. The factory A/C has been converted to use R-134a refrigerant, system is complete but it stopped working and I have not had the time to fix it. I replaced the ill tempered original Solex carburetor w/ a specially machined Weber carb by Jam Engineering, CA. The vehicle was originally from the west coast. It has a 6 cylinder double head camshaft engine, power disk brakes, power windows, power steering. The car is in great condition! |
