Description of 1982 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series 240D |
This sedan. Orient Red exterior. Camel M-B Tex interior. 146. 00-mile 4-cylinder diesel with rare European headlights and stick shift is in great mechanical shape with a spotless interior and nice woodwork. The paint is original and polishes up to a beautiful gloss. Everything works but the right rear power window switch is erratic but still dependable. Even the instrument panel light works. This is a dependable vehicle in which a great deal of work was done in advance of need. This vehicle has Mercedes alloy "bundt" wheels (see photos) but the original steel wheels with color-coordinated wheel covers will be included with the car together with a high-quality never-used car cover. There is not a better 240D manual shift diesel out there. We are selling this car which I love because we are now retired empty nesters. have too many cars. one has to go and this one lost the toss.
