Up for auction with NO reserve is an Absolutely beautiful condition inside and out, very impressing Legendary Mercedes (W124) 300TE station wagon This car screams Germany, luxury, class, elegance and originality.The exterior color is triple black with beautiful Palomino interior. This car has a clean and clear title in hand, Garage kept, non smoker, low miles, 102,328, very well cared for and mechanically sound. All stickers around the car with the VIN are still intact and visible. Air condition works, blows ice cold, brakes and tires (Goodyear) are in very good condition, the car just received its regular maintenance service, and I cannot think of anything off the top of my head that the car needs. This "machine"as enthusiasts like to call it, has one of the best engines Mercedes has ever engineered, the bullet proof l6 cylinder 3.0L drives and sounds fantastic, the suspension is tight and sturdy but with that balance/float of the luxury car drive. From inside the cabin you cannot hear anything just the road, no clunking, no vibration. All manuals, tools, books, 3 keyes, service records along with everything else that belongs to the car are available. The interior is in great condition, and shows minimum to no signs of wear, the seats are firm and the leather is soft, the dash is in perfect condition (very hard to find due to CA weather) the carpet and all chrome around the car also in great condition. Power sunroof, Windows, power seats and central locks all work as well as every single button in this car. The car also has the factory sound system with its original working radio-cassette and antenna. The engine compartment and engine itself is also very clean, there are no signs of any leaks. The car recently had all fluids checked and serviced (engine, transmission, radiator, etc.) This is a rare car and the exact opposite of the typical used car, it is truly a phenomenal machine. This car runs strong, shifts smoothly with no slipping or Hesitation and is in great cosmetic condition. During the ownership and advancement in age, the garage seemed to have gotten narrow resulting in some minor scuffs around the bumpers, very hard to notice. The only non original parts on this car are the wheels due to a tire shop tricking us into buying new rims and tires. There are different opinions on the wheels, my personal one I like them and does not affect the performance or drivability of the vechivle.
