Description of 1988 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class 500SL AMG R107

Very rare 500SL AMG. This car was imported into Canada in 2003. The previous owner bought it in 2005 with 77,000 mi / 125000 kms on it. Other than rotors/pads and oil changes not too much work was done to the car. It now has 86000 mi / 139,500 kms on it. I'm not sure when the two-tone paint job was done and whether it was done at AMG or afterwords. It's a great driving car with excellent handling. The body is impeccable. The convertible top is is very good shape with no rips or damage.
The BAD : A/C doesn't work. Speedo is a bit wonky and won't work sometimes. Engine has a stutter/hesitation when driving at steady lower speeds (Probably a vacuum issue or fuel injectors should be thoroughly cleaned). Needs new tires.
