Description of 1989 Mercedes-Benz 500-Series

All sorted out with no issues inside or out. I have invested over $15k to get every major engine component replaced. Also had it lowered on H&R springs. You can drive it home or get it shipped.
The odometer showed 78,375 miles when I purchased it two years ago and now reads 79,555. So driven just over a thousand miles in 2 years. Tires are like new and drives like new at surface and freeway speeds. A/C blows ice cold with no problems instantly cooling the car even in the AZ summer.

All work was done by a Master MB mechanic. The shop name and number are included in the pictures. You are welcome to call and inquire about the condition of this vehicle. My mechanic tells me this SEC is as good as his personal car. You can find a lot of W126 coupes online but almost all have problems lurking underneath the hood that require time and $$$.
IMPORTANT:
- Despite everything listed above, this still is an almost 30 year old vehicle and as such do not expect a new car. Issues do pop-up with older vehicles and that's just part of ownership with such cars.- The paint is in outstanding condition but it does have minor chips and dings all around. Nothing that is noticeable however if you were standing a few feet away.- Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay. An ebay auction is a binding sale and not an opportunity to come test drive the car once the auction has ended and you are the winning bidder. - The vehicle was purchased 10/16 so I have owned it over a year not two as originally listed. I apologize for the factual inaccuracy to anyone who factored in length of ownership when bidding. Should not make a difference as the reserve has not currently been met.- I do take her out for a drive around the neighborhood every weekend so the mileage may be slightly higher than originally listed. It gets driven once every week to two weeks.- I'm selling since I need to free up garage space for a new project.
