hello fellow ebayers, up for sale is my 1988 Mercedes 190, it has the famous 60X motor- 5 cylinder diesel, and automatic transmission, this car is my daily driver, I drive her 45miles each way to work which is about 1.5 hours a day of driving and has never left me stranded, I would drive this vehicle cross country anytime, it is in top running condition, does not smoke and has a perfect idle, transmission is absolutely perfect as well with no issues what so ever, tires have really good tread left on them, drives straight when you let go of steering wheel, all doors open and close well including trunk, has a working sunroo, A/C works and blows cold and heat is perfect as well !vehicle does not leak in any water when raining and dosent leak oil everywhere, a few months ago my mechanic replaced the injection O-rings for me due to a small trickle of fuel I noticed- so that is resolved and should be good for the next 5-10 years. has a good working older alpine cd player and good speakers, antenna works perfect with a push of a button and retracks when vehicle is shut off, all lights work perfect including theyellow fog lights that I use often due to fog in our higher elevations here, does not over heat when driving and I have comfortably driven her at 75-80 mph at times, I am getting between 30 -40 mpg depending on my direction of driving, we have a lot of hills here . interior has some beautiful features but is not perfect by any means, dash is excellent with no cracks and seats are nearly perfect, carpet is also very nice with no tears or blemishes, the worst part would be the top of door panels where condensation has slightly lifted the adhesive on padding right next to the glass and the two rear power windows have never worked for me since I bought her but it has never bothered me enough to fix! odomotor stopped working a few months ago at 188k and I tried moving the cable behind cluster but no success, Ibelieve we have not gone past 200k which means motor could go another 200k or 400k,has tinted windows, on the exterior as seen in the photos the clear coat is fading on the top of the hood,roof,and trunk, but there is no rust anywhere and lower part of car has nice paint with no damages, If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, I have a respectable ebay score and I'm not looking to scam anyone, this car runs perfect ! and I trust driving it anywhere!
