Description of 1984 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series

BEING SOLD AS-IS, please no haggling over work that needs to be done, this is primarily a parts car.
This 300D could use some cosmetic work, but runs well. Unfortunately, the crankshaft pulley broke and needs a replacement (approx $300 in parts and labor). The car is otherwisemechanically sound, can cruise at highway speeds and was (on 12/5/17) checked out by a Mercedes specialist who checked it out. No limit, see details below.
Pluses

Already mechanically sound
Runs reliably; no trouble starting the engine
Turbo works
Clean interior and back seats
Recent oil change on December 5, included inspection
Brand new battery bought in January w/ receipt
Electronics work, though aftermarket stereo has issues

Minuses

Approx 250,000 miles + odometer stopped (though these cars are bulletproof and regularly reach 1,000,000 miles)
Front seats need replacement or covers
Brakes will need replacement in 5,000 miles ($50)
Rear axle will (eventually) need a replacement
Small cosmetic things: Not original paint (minor chip on the driver side, see pictures), window liners are a bit ragged, vanity mirrors need to be replaced
