You are viewing a very Rare Example of this awesome 1983 Mercedes 380 Sec Euro spec Coupe. It was a Georgia Car its entire life and owned by a true collector. With only 71 k miles and a Rare Color Combination this coupe will only rise in value. Garage kep, Non Smoker, Always serviced .
The color is called Lapis blue the Paint is stunning and shines like new. There are no imperfection in the paint. No dent's or scratches . The Chrome trim on the car is excellent as well. The under carriage is spotless with nothing rusty . Overall the condition of the outside is exceptional.
The interior is also exceptional. The navy blue leather is soft and supple and show's no wear. The carpet is like new as is the door panels . The dash is excellent . The Burl Wood is excellent and crack free and very glossy . I added a Custom headliner and did it in suede and also finished the rear speaker shelf off in the same material. It truly looks amazing and rich. I have a new set of custom mats that will go with the car they are Navy blue with 380 sec embroidered into the mat in silver.
Inside the car you will find everything to be working properly. When u close the door's both seat belt extender's reach out to hand you the seat belt. The climate control works perfect and switches from heat to Ice cold Ac. The power window's all work as does the power sunroof. The car has a nice Alpine CD player that sounds great. I also have the original Becker that is included. Dual power seats and cruise control complete the options of this stunning coupe.
Mechanically she is a Gem. I did a lot of service to bring her up to date and make it road worthy. Here is what was done. I did a complete tune u, New plug, wires etc. New valve cover gaskets . For those who don't know all euro spec cars were the dual timing chain set up . New front suspension including ball joint's and tie rods . New tire, New brake, new exhaus, new flex disc on drive shaft. New steering shoc, Fresh oil change with new filters oil and air. On the inside i replaced the climate control unit with a new one as well as all the servo's inside the car to allow the vent's to work properly . New blower motor as well. The car start's right up and idles very smooth. It has a Ton of power when driving the car. Again this is not a US car. The euro Spec car has more power then the Us 500 series cars. You will notice the euro headlamp, euro bumpers to complete the beautiful lines of this C 126 Coupe. With only 71 k miles this coupe is ready for many miles and years to come.
