Stunning 1984 Mercedes 380SL that has had one owner for 32 years. The condition of the car can be described as virtually new, the paint gleams, the interior is likewise in unmarked condition. The car was built in August 1984 and came from the factory with the dual timing chain. Claridge's Ltd of Fremont CA supplied the car on 9/27/84 to Mrs Day who had waited 6 months for delivery. Having acquired the car of her dreams, she used it only for special occasions. Everything on the car works as it should, the climate functions correctly and is cold. The car drives as you would expect with this mileage. When I acquired the car I changed the original tires for safety reasons, the car was serviced and the original Becker radio was sent to the factory for servicing. The car comes with its original hard top and original soft top with perfectly clear plastics. The owners pack accompanies the car comprising owners manual, service book, radio, climate control and soft top instructions and the metal plate with the 1st owners information and soft top irons. The tool roll comes in it's unopened plastic bag. There are 2 sets of keys.These cars were built to the highest standards, everywhere you look you see the finest German engineering. The car is titled in my name, is clear of liens and is only being sold to reduce my collection. The car is sold as is and where is, with no warranty real or implied. You are invited to inspect the car and satisfy yourself as to it's condition. The car will not be released until all funds have cleared my account. Shipping is at the buyers cost.
