Offered for sale, from KURT TANNER MOTORCARS, is this striking 560 SL in a rare and much sought-after factory color scheme. This car was just purchased from a dealer in the Pacific Northwest who recently spent plenty with a Mercedes-Benz specialist, for a comprehensive service after some years in storage. As a result, this car runs and drives wonderfully well, and presents beautifully in it's original colors.The paint on this car is remarkably all original, save for a minor blend on the rear tonneau panel/hardtop landing area. It is overall to the excellent Mercedes Benz paint standards of the era, with quality materials. The paint is beautiful and shows only a few door dings from use, a few minor chips, and slight lifting of the clear around the driver's mirror.The car's interior is also fantastically original, showing very little use. The dashboard is truly perfect. The seats and armrest are excellent, along with the interior panels, carpets, and an extremely nice original black soft top. The hardtop is equally as nice.The engine bay is exceptionally clean with crisp detailing.The car is fitted with an attractive set of period chrome wire wheels, in near perfect condition.
