These diesel engines will be the only thing that will be recognized post Armageddon. Car runs smoothly and is reliable. It has been our daily driver and it drives great.
AC Heat, radio, windows etc. work fine. There is no rust and the paint is original. The paint has 4 spots where it has eroded two quarter size on the right side roof and two on the hood. Interior is in good shape except driver side seat which has wear for its age. It's mpg is 27 for highways and 25 for city which is good for its age. All tires are less than 6 months old. Battery is two years old and runs good. Glow plugs have recently been changed. The odometer has stalled 6 months back and maintainance records will prove it. We were happy to see it going towards half a million mark. We have it since last five years and have all service records for this duration. The car was bought from German who happens to be a Mercedes mechanic and we have his contacts. The doors lock separately and trunk separately.
