Description of 1979 Mercedes-Benz Other

Mercedes type W107, SL Coupe, with the indestructible M110 6-cilinder engine and amazing low mileage.

The only one for sale on Ebay in this extremely rare color (collector’s item!)
It has the gorgeous European headlights.
The car has only done 80.000 miles (proven) and comes with its service manual.
The car is a German car and spent all its life in Germany till 2006 when I bought it.
In those 12 years, I 1/ have driven it only for 5000 miles 2/ continued to give it all its proper maintenance 3/ replaced the old speakers and radio by top quality (the speakers in the same holes, discretely) and the radio is a Becker Radio (cost over 1000$, with Bluetooth/CD/DVD/mp3/... etc) but with a discrete black front panel, no Christmas tree!
The car passed all technical checks without ANY single remark
The car received a preventive anti-rust treatment underneath
It has the nice Krupss wheels
The rubber black gear switch was replaced by a beautiful wooden one, but I kept the original for those interested. The original one will be handed over together with the car.
The car has an electric sun roof
The car comes in the MOST FABULOUS for this model: not boring green but powerful kiwi green ("lime") with gorgeous matching green at the interior.
The interior is the top line "Pulmann" line. This velours was more expensive than the leather upholstery and the top interior money could buy.
The tires are new

There were only a few SL Coupés made in this colour.Only a fraction of those survived.
