This 1980 Mercedes-Benz 450SL was once owned by famous actress Kim Basinger. The car comes with an authentic signed copy of the movie publication by Miss Basinger. Her Mercedes also comes with authentic ownership documentation such as her original registration, insurance card, and copy of Kim's original title. She owned the car with her husband, make-up artist Ron Britton.
This 80's Mercedes Roadster is finished in the original Light Ivory paint with a matching removable hardtop. It has a brown soft top with matching brown leather interior. The car was fully restored with one repaint. It is powered by the original 4.5L V8 with an automatic transmission with rear-wheel drive. The car features power windows, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, rear window defroster, power antenna, and original stereo deck. It is a a beautiful car, fires on command, and is a blast to drive, especially with the top down. You can just imagine Kim and Ron driving this car on the Hollywood Hills in the 90's.
