Description of 1989 Mercedes-Benz S-Class

This is a true S-Class from a time when an S-Class stood out in a crowd and did not look like just another car. Collectable or enjoy the drive. Absolutely beautiful. All original. Go anywhere. Pampered. Top-notch mechanicals. Maintained to the highest levels. If anything ever needed attention I corrected it (with MB parts when possible). Nicest I have ever seen or owned (and I have seen plenty of them). Paint is beautiful and original. Leather is beautiful and supple, and wood is very nice. Fresh tires (Bridgestone). A/C blows ice cold. Shows no signs of damage (clean carfax) or rust. I have owned lots of classic cars and several Mercedes. The best price on a car like this is not the best deal by far. It is important that you know as much as you can on the "front end" of the purchase or things can get expensive in a hurry. As near as I can tell this car is ready to go.
