| 1979 Mercedes. model 240D 2nd owner bought car in 1983 and has used it for local family transportation and drive to/from work. 4 cylinders- diesel Car currently has 281. 00 miles. The engine was replaced in December 1997 at 204. 95. Replacement engine was a Mercedes factory new engine bought through Mission Viejo Imports and installed by Zoran Imports in Huntington Beach. The transmission was rebuilt August 2000 at 227. 06 miles. A/C compressor. clutch. drier. refrigerant. belts and related hardware were replaced in November 2007 at 271. 49 miles. Car has been maintained. Since retirement in 2006 it is driven an average of 3000 miles/per year. |
