Clean. original. unmolested car: Prior to me purchasing this car two years ago. it remained in the same family for 36 years. transferring from father to son. The car has always been looked after by professional Mercedes mechanics. and has always been garaged and well cared for its entire life. The owner provided me with A-Lot of receipts; the latest was for new tires. alignment. fuel filter. recent tune-up (plugs cap/rotor and filters). and new battery. Also replaced were multiple cooling hoses. belts. injector seals. fuel distributor and gaskets. Fluids changed (brake. antifreeze. transmission). Idles smooth. accelerates without hesitation. shifting automatically with ease through every gear. The car recently underwent a professional repaint; the paint looks beautiful (deep shine and clean). There never was a speck rust or dents on the car; no signs of body damage; the exterior color is silver blue with light cream interior. The interior is in excellent shape. not a rip or stain; carpets are brand new MB originals. Interior trim is flawless. The soft top is in good condition for its age. and still looks very presentable. the rear window is clear. but does have some small sun spots. The original color matched hard top is in excellent shape. The heat and instrumentation work very well. as do all the mechanical on the car with the exception of the A/C. A brand new 143a compressor. dryer and conversion materials come with the car. It has the original Becker Mexican radio that works beautifully. The trunk is equally clean; no blemishes on the carpets or the trim. no stains or smells. Car has original owners manual. first aid kit. multiple keys and original German tool kit.
