Description of 1991 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class SL

Mercedes-Benz SL-Class . Condition is Used. Title is clean. No DMV backfees owed. Vehicle is not currently running.
This is a really special car, and I have not wanted to let it go, but the reality is my young ones won't be able to ride in it for many years and I don't want it sitting in storage any longer. Not sure on its history, but I always suspected it was promotional vehicle of some sorts based upon its low miles, color, and full suite of Lorinser parts.
Lorinser parts:It has Lorinser shocks and springs, Lorinser exhaust and muffler, Lorinser front/rear spoiler, Lorinser gauges and wood accents, Lorinser embroidered Naugahyde seat covers, and Lorinser center cap in spare wheel. There was also at one time a Yanase sticker in door jam, but it was missing at the time I took the photographs. I also have 18" RSK II 3pc. wheels, and 17" RSK 3pc. wheels that I was planning on using once restored. Winner of auction will have first dibs on wheels and they are not included in sale, nor are they pictured.
This car has sat for many years. It was running just fine when the driver's seat belt receiver failed, and I just stopped driving it, leaving it parked in my garage. I moved about 4 years ago, and it has been sitting as pictured since then, causing the clear coat to fail. The first pic of the car is what it looked like in front of my garage before sitting outside in storage these past four years.
Oil is water free, unlike my 500E that is for sale. Most of what this car needs is cosmetic, at least it was at the time it was parked. No SLS from factory. Body itself is straight and dent free. There's also a crack in the windshield. Some wear on the front spoiler.
