About this vehicleThis 1983 Mercedes-Benz 240D is an original. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver.Seller's Noteslooks to be original miles. Exteriorpaint is crazing but still thereInteriorEngineLast year of the 223 240-D. It ainâ€™t pretty, but I would drive it to California and back as it is. Hereâ€™s what is bad:-Sunroof does not work. Possibly switch?-Some surface rust but frame is good-Paint is crazing-Rear deck has come loose from one side of hinges. But itâ€™s still closes fine.-Heater works, but heater fan does not work.-AC does not work. -Driver seat needs a little spring work.-Some of the fuses seem to be missing. I just donâ€™t have the time to find the correct type. -Surface rust but frame is good. -Fan belt squeaks a little when cold started...but quits when warmed up. Everything else seems to be OK. it starts right up the first time in hot or cold weather. I DO NOT have a title for it. But I did insure it and used it as a daily driver for a year.I drove it to SC and back last week...120 mile trip. made it just fine with no issues. wife is sick of looking at it...must sell. I will give you a NC bill of sale. Tires are pretty good. Comes with original OEM Mercedes hubcaps.selling locally as well. Deposits are refundable.Created on the eBay Motors app
