Description of 1969 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Convertible

Offered for sale is this wonderful example of a 1969 Mercedes 280SL Pagoda. The perfect and classic color combination sets this car off wonderfully. If youâ€™re familiar with these MB convertibles then you know they have been going up in value steadily over the last few years and will continue to rise for a long time to come. Good examples like this one are becoming harder and harder to find. This Mercedes has straight body lines and gaps throughout the car. No major dents dings or damage anywhere to be found. The underside is clean as are all the panels and free of rust. Finished in Tobacco Brown over a tan interior this classic MercedesÂ presents well. The hood and nose have some minor stone chips as can be seen in the photos and there are a couple very small chips on the drivers door. This Mercedes runs and drives excellent. The motor starts very easily and runs excellent with proper temperatures and pressures. The automatic transmission shifts properly and precisely.
