Description of 1990 Mercedes-Benz 500-Series 560SEL

For sale is my 1990 560SEL. This car served as my good weather daily driver for the past year and has served me very well. It's a very solid driver and is very well serviced. The only reason for the sale is my recent purchase of a W140 to take over daily duties.

Now, the negative: The odometer stopped at 211,000 miles. It's driven roughly 6,000 miles since then, according to my records. I myself kept a log with fuel fill ups and have had the odometer gears ready to replace since I purchased the car, but it stopped bothering me after a short while. New odometer gears and cluster removal tools will be provided with the car.
This 560SEL is a very solid car, it holds great oil pressure, doesn't have any timing chain or other drivetrain related noises, and all of the functions/switches work well. A late year black/black 560SEL with all options and factory accessories such as foot pads is precisely what I looked for, and this is a great example. 2 sets of OEM foot rests will be included with the car.
