Mercedes-Benz 200-Series. I’m selling my lovely w123 240D. Her name is Melo Yelo and she’s a 1981 chassis with 1979 interior and 1982 engine built last year. Mileage on this engine is fairly comparable to the previous engine. I can reach out to the mechanic for a more accurate reading. I have owned her for several years and installed the interior myself from my first car - an identical 1979 240D. Drives very well and little to no smoke and barely any oil leaks. Auto transmission is in great condition however the points have been shifting a little off and somewhat harder which I have not been able to adjust myself but I know is not difficult in the right hands. Everything is in very good condition- the gentleman I bought her from took v good care of her and did a lot of important work over the years. Suspension specifically and he did build the previous engine himself. Serious inquiries only. |
