Description of 1975 Mercedes-Benz 450SE |
This is a great condition driver quality Mercedes 450SE Sedan. Everyone stops and admires this classic beauty, which epitomizes what an automobile should be. The Shiny brown paint shows well with very minor blemishes and nicely accents the clean tan interior. This Mercedes cruises quietly down the road and shifts smoothly through the gears as it should. Transmission was just rebuilt. Various hoses, belts, etc. replaced. This car was babied and garaged most of its life and has remained in good condition. You can drive it anywhere. The pictures do not do this car justice and is much better to view it in person. This is a Classic Luxury piece of history and there are maybe only a handful around in this condition. The 450SE sedan was considered one of the best cars ever made in its day - with a190-hp fuel-injected, 4.5-liter SOHC V8, three-speed automatic transmission, independent suspension, and disc brakes all around, and standard air conditioning. 4.5 Liter V8 - 3 Speed Automatic - 106K Miles - Power Windows - Factory A/C - Factory Tinted Windows - Tobacco Brown with Tan Interior. Rebuilt Transmission. Some hoses and belts were changed and other minor repairs. See Below for a List of Repairs and cost! The car is on Long Island, NY.
