Vehicle Details

1973 450SE. Black on black. 289,500 miles. Starts every time and runs good. I bought it locally 18 months ago on Facebook Marketplace just as a fun extra car. It’s very original and the only rust I have found on it is at the bottom of the rear window as shown in the pictures. The person I bought it from told me they had spent $3,000 into it including brakes, and the brakes do feel good.

Here is everything I can think of that I know needs attention:

- Power windows don’t work;

- Hesitation on acceleration;

- Paint is sun damaged;

- Interior is sun damaged;

- Ignition has been replaced with a push button that only works when the driver’s door is open (apparently it was wired to the dome light circuit);

- Interior hood opener lever is broken and has a vice grip attached to open hood.

A neat old car you can drive while fixing up the small things it needs.
