FYI A piece of my heart is going with this sale.

This is a 1984 280SL that is a Catrina Hurricane car.

This is a gray market car. This the best designed and balanced version of this model built. No emission or crappie looking bumpers. I picked this car up in Mobile Al. I drove it around the blocked and on and off the trailer. It ran very rough but it appeared to be in the fuel distribution system.

I purchase two of these cars at the time (twins) one for myself and one for my wife. My wife did not want the car so that is the last I ran the car. The other car became fully operational and was sold for 11000 two years ago. The car did not come with a hard top so I purchased one but is Blue and is in good shape. I also obtained an v8 sl for parts which is the same color in and out. It has a complete interior and a red hard top which makes the 2nd hardtop. I also acquired a fully running 280cc six with transmission that came out of an 1985 sedan which had 80000 miles. I got this for back up just in case.
