I bought this vehicle 5 months ago as a basically 1 owner(plus the dealer who bought and sold it) accident free West Coast car.One of only 6000 made for the US market.Once I got it here I found as is usual a number of unreported issues which needed addressing as follows;1. The all important engine harness was completely replaced. $1500!2. A new Aircon compressor was installed and the systemserviced. (You know the story; it only needed a recharge! HaHa!) $8003. New springs front and rear. They still need to settle a bit as brand new. $6004. A newcenter console wood veneer piece as the original was cracked and chipped. $500!!5. Full engine transmission and hoodhydraulicsservice! $1200. Everything works as it should!6. 4 new tires and an alignment. $6007. A quality repaint of the hood which was chipped. See photos. $900.All work performed at qualified specialists with receipts for all work.The car drives extremely nicely now and can be used for longer trips without any worries.It has a Brabus exhaust which is rather nice.The convertible top is original and has no tears or damage. It is however starting to show its age a bit and start to fray in a couple of small places as is normal when it is 20 years old but completely watertight and functional.The dash has NO cracks and the MB Tex leather is all in perfect condition with minimal wear showing!!The body is arrow straight and now looks like a 2 year old car. It drives like that as well now.This is a 21 year old car so no warranty implied or otherwise.Inspections welcome.There is a reasonable reserve for what is becoming collectible but please do not ask what it is.
