Description of 1989 Mercury Grand Marquis

I am selling this for my father, e is 82 and doesn't really drive much anymore. Car was originally from Florida and was always garage kept since he got it. Body is mint, ot a spot of rust.has a crack in the dash pad and could use a tune-up but other than that its a solid car. Interior is leather and in good shape as well. Mechanically, e maintained all of his stuff like no one else. Regular oil changes, ires, tc etc, e drives car maybe once or twice a year so at this point paying to register and insure it is silly.odometer showing 19739, assume it's turned over.
