Description of 1950 Mercury Other

1950 Mercury 4 door sedan
255 mercury flat head V8 runs fair (water pump and radiator need fixing)
3 on the tree Transmission shift through all 3 gears good.
Body solid with very little rust, Mainly surface rust.
Original gauges on 6 volt system (need rewiring)
Brakes are bad.. whole system will need to be replaced.
Interior needs total make over
not sure if any trim pieces are missing. (few are in the car as storage)
carburetor, fuel pump and gas tank have be replaced.
Clean California Title (Non Op status since 2005)
This is a good start as a project car.
