On behalf of a first cousin, I am selling a 1986 to Mercury Cougar LS with 66K miles. The car was purchased by her in 2013 from her neighbor who moved out of state therefore she was the second owner. The auto is rust free, non-smoking, with a three speed automatic transmission, a 5.0 liter V8 engine, power steering, power brakes, a four way power divers seat, power mirrors, power door locks & power windows. The air conditioner is ice cold and the interior seats and upholstery is in very good condition for year. The auto drives, shifts and stops in a very acceptable driving worthy manner and the engine fires up on the first turn of the key. The CONS to the car as far as I can determine is that the power door lock on the drivers side door not function properly, The chrome trim on the front and rear bumper plus the side trim on the auto either needs to be buffed out and or replaced. The front and read bumpers which are a flat black in color need to be repainted or buffed out however there is no physical damage to either bumper. The car door pull straps need replacement clips for decoration and the auto door arm rests need the arm rest material tucked back under and glued. (see picture of door pull strap and arm rest) The auto was repainted in 2017 due to the fact that the original paint had faded from the Arizona sun as her neighbor parked the car in an outside car port .Also the original radio was replaced with an up to date radio stereo system since she wanted satellite radio HOWEVER THE ORGINAL RADIO IS IN THE CAR TRUCK AND CAN BE REINSTALLED. (SEE PICTURE OF RADIO IN TRUNK). THE AUTO IS BEING SOLD AS IS WITH A CLEAN TITLE AND CAN BE INSPECTED BEFORE PURCHASE. THE AUTO IS LOCATED IN GOODYEAR, ARIZONA. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE BUYER OR YOU CAN TAKE AN UBER FROM THE PHX AIRPORT AND DRIVE THE CAR TO YOUR LOCATION.
