1949 Mercury 4 door. Overall a very solid car. There are a couple silver dollar sized rust spots in the corners of the fenders and door and there is some rust in the rocker panels. That is all of the rust throughs that I saw. I did not see any on the floors. Reproduction rocker panels are available at very reasonable prices. It has a couple small dents and it is missing the rear window. The car has a transmission but not an engine. I have a V8 Mercury flathead that could be included for an extra $500. In the 1980s, my father bought the car from a neighbor to our family farm in North Dakota. The neighbor had owned the car for decades. Dad never bothered to get the title and the original owner has now passed away. I am selling the car with only a bill of sale and no title.
