Description of 1969 Mercury Cougar Convertible |
This is a driver quality 1969 Mercury Cougar convertible with the original 351 Windsor that left the "Windsor" part behind about 5 years ago and 12k Miles with a beefier rebuild . Performance camEdelbrock high riseAluminum intakeUpgraded exhaustRebuilt front end about 1200 milesNew street tires and rims with 1200 miles This car was completely original about 15 years ago and had a full life . It was solid though. Real solid. So it was repainted in white platnium which is a creamy white. The Original color is on the tag and it was red . Interior redone like original and looks very good. The convertible top is super nice and it works quickly. The steering wheel is missing the center cap. It went missing at a car show. I get it. Not easy to find....unless you are at a car show . ???? The Original dash board speaker grill is perfect. Not one split . Super common if ever exposed to constant sun. I believe this to be a Washington car it's whole life. It won't take stupid money to make this really nice. Fixing metal kills dreams . You don't have to with this one . Potential! 206-227-6803 I have a nice 65 t bird for sale too...... |
