Description of 1968 Mercury Cyclone Fastback

1968 Mercury Cyclone GT 390 manual 4 Speed - 1 of 364 built in 1968. Front disc brakes (Wilwood Conversion) Center consol, Extra wide bucket seats. 89,000 original miles - 2 owner car. This was a garage find car from Pennsylvania. The owner had on the car since 1974 and drove it for nine years when he parked it in his garage, last time on the road in 1982 - see inspection sticker on video. Please watch Videos of vehicle running driving and underneath on a lift. Good solid project car that you can drive around as you go. Great 10ft car! Has some nicks and scratches will need paint eventually. Headliner is also in poor shape and will need a redo. Dashpad is also in poor shape and will need attention.
These cars go for big money all complete - see Mecum result pages in my pictures. Gauges seems to be working with exception of fuel gauge that was working but may be stuck. THIS IS NO RESERVE AUCTION!! This Mercury is a RARE FIND!
