Description of 1969 Mercury Cougar base

Selling a 1969 Mercury Cougar as a solid project car or for parts. It has been sitting since 1981 in San Antonio, Texas. It has a 351 Windsor V8 engine with only 28,362 original miles. No keys. Interior is in poor condition. It has an automatic transmission, all glass and seats. Factory air condition. Engine is not locked, I installed a battery and engine cranks, dipstick shows oil is good and no sign of water. Car does not run, it has been parked for 38 years. Will need a full restoration or can be used for parts. Top used to be white, but has rust now, body color is medium lime. Clear Texas title. Vin #9F91H500456. Will make a nice classic muscle car.
