Description of 1970 Mercury Cougar

Car runs and drives strong. Original 351 windsor motor with automatic 3 speed transmission and 2bbl carburetor. 113,000 miles.
Radiator, fuel pump, good starter, new relay, good battery, belts and hoses. Mechanically sound and ready to drive.
Vacuum headlights work great which is a huge money saving restoration cost.
The frame is solid but the car has some rust. Needs driver floor pan but back pan is good and passenger can be saved or replaced. Trunk is solid.
Everything is original. The dashboard is immaculate with no rips, curls or cracks. You will not find a nicer looking original dash on an unrestored car. Wood grain bezel with gauges. Clean glass and chrome all around except windshield has half moon scratch from windshield wiper.
Near new tires with original rare rally wheels and beauty rings.
