1963 Mercury Monterey 2 Door Coupe....
One of my friends dad was the owner of this car. For over 30 years, I bugged him to buy it because it only had 90K miles on it. Well...he never wanted to sell it. He passed away and his wife sold it to me. I put all of the money into it to get the Mechanical part awesome...and paid to have the interior redone. Some changes in my life will not allow me to finish. So if you want an amazing classic car....that has most of the work done except body and paint...here you go. You get it for what I have into the car. It runs and drives perfect. Engine, transmission, brakes, etc...all incredible. All redone 5 months ago... New gas tank, new battery, and the seats and dash were just redone 2 months ago. It runs and drives perfect. I have the chrome, the emblems and a box of parts. The engine in this is a 390 cubic inch....Please forgive my description and lack of knowledge because I am not a car guy. You can handle this car 2 ways.#1 Put in the trunk release, put on the Chrome, emblems along with the hubcaps and drive it.#2 Have the few dings it has taken out, paint it, and re-assemble it (What I was going to do.)The only issue that this car will need addressing is the inside of the trunk needs to be sanded and painted. It has some rust in the trunk, not like rust that has holes...it just should be sanded and shot, then the trunk carpet put in.You might find one of these cheaper, but you will not find one of these as original and sound as this...So here is a 1963 Mercury Monterey with 95,000 miles on it ready to roll. If you understand this deal...Come get it...
