UP FOR SALE ARE MY TWO MERCURY TURNPIKE CRUISERS. THE '58 RUNS AND DRIVES BUT THE BRAKES SHOULD BE GONE THROUGH BEFORE DRIVEN ON THE ROAD. THE ENGINE WAS REBUILT A FEW YEARS AGO AND RUNS WELL AFTER THE CARBURETOR GETS CLEANED OUT. I HAVE A SET OF CRUISER SKIRTS FOR THE '58 ALONG WITH A NICER TRUNK LID AND HOOD. I LIKE THE PATINA ON THE '58 AND HAD PLANNED ON LEAVING IT THAT WAY. THE INTERIOR NEEDS TO BE RESTORED. THERE IS MINOR RUST OUT AT THE REAR WINDOW PANEL AND THE FRAME WORK FOR THE REAR POWER WINDOW HAS EXTENSIVE RUST. THE FLOOR PAN HAS RUST OUT ON THE LEFT REAR PAN. RUST OUT ON THE REAR TRUNK PANEL BEHIND THE REAR BUMPER.FRAME IS SOLID. SOME OF THE SIDE GLASS IS BROKEN BUT THE WINDSHIELD IS GOOD. THE '57 IS ROUGH AS FAR AS THE ROOF. THE ROOF HAS SOME RUST OUT AROUND THE EDGES. FLOOR PAN AND FRAME ARE RUST OUT FREE.THE INTERIOR IS ORIGINAL AND ALL THERE. SOMEONE INSTALLED A/C ON IT AS WELL BUT SOME OF THE COMPONENTS ARE MISSING. WINDSHIELD IS BROKEN. IT DOES HAVE AN OEM CONTINENTAL KIT. SOME OF THE TRIM IS MISSING. THE ENGINE IS SEIZED AND MINUS THE CARBURETOR. THE '57 WAS ORIGINALLY SUNSET ORCHID AND STILL IS. I ALSO HAVE A NICE TRUNK LID AND HOOD PLUS FENDER SKIRTS, NOT CRUISERS. BOTH CARS ARE FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA HIGH DESERT AREAS AND STILL RESIDE HERE IN SOCAL. BOTH HAVE CLEAN NEW HAMPSHIRE TITLES. PAYMENT BY ANY CHECK FORM REQUIRES 2 WEEK CLEARANCE BEFORE PICK UP.
