This is a very solid MGB. When I bought it there were a few minor rust spots on the exterior panels which were cut out and had new pieces welded in, o rust on this car. The previous owner had tried to make it as close to a 60's model as possible with the 67 engine and the seats and lap belts. Most of the 78' junk has been removed from the vehicle. It is a very striking car now. It still does need some work though. I did not do a full restore on it but got it reliable again after 12 years in a garage. It was always garage kept and it still is. The paint job is very good and you really have to look very close to see the minor defects in it.
The car is not in perfect condition but it is able to be driven daily. Still has some quirks I haven't gotten around to fixing yet, ut the car is solid and runs well with tons of new parts.
