Description of 1978 MG MGB

I am selling my 1978 MG-B that I have had for 9 years. I am selling the car because I need a car that I can take to an airport parking lot and let it set for a few days and this obviously isn't the car for that. This car has the electronic overdrive so it runs really nicely down a highway. At 55 mph it turns right at 2400 rpm.
During the time I have owned the car I have actually put very little into it except for routine maintenance, 2 batteries and gas. About 6 years ago I had a clutch slave cylinder put in and about 3 years ago I put new brakes all the way around and also a brake master cylinder. The car starts every time, runs great and has been kept in a garage the entire time I have owned it (can't vouch for before I had it). While I have had it the car is winterized and covered up in the garage in October and it doesn't come back out until all the salt has washed off the roads by rain, usually in March.
The features:- Low mileage- Great Oil pressure (I included a picture). About 75 psi when you start it and then it goes down to about 30 psi at idle when warmed up.- 4 speed manual with overdrive- Weber side draft carburator- Peco headers- The mechanic who did the repairs mentioned above said he thought the motor had slight cam in it as well but I don't know.- AM/FM CD radio- Great boot cover when top is down although I didn't include in pictures.- Upgraded front discs that are slotted and drilled- Have a car cover that I put on it over the winter while it is in the garage although I don't believe it is made for an MG.
Items that need to be addressed:- There is very very little rust on the car as you can see from the pictures. I have included close up pictures of both sides quarter panels and rocker panels for you to see. The passenger side has 1 tiny surface rust spot that should be addressed eventually. The drivers side rocker panel looks good but there are a few spots of surface rust on the front quarter panel. As I mentioned, I have included pictures for you to look at.- There is a small spot beside the glove box where the dash has chipped that I have covered in black tape. There is a picture included.- If I was going to keep the car I would probably want to fix these two spots and then overspray the entire car at some time in the future but it isn't pressing.

The Moss Motors calalog shows the details on the Weber DCOE carb. It is a $1000 dollar performance option when you purchase the K&N filter with it.
