Description of 1970 MG MGB

This is a 1970 MG MGB with the somewhat rare chrome split bumpers used that year. The car runs very well. The tires are pretty hard from age and can use replacing. The soft top frame is in place but it needs a new soft top so it is currently being used with the tonneau cover. The car was daily driven last summer but has since had a new carpet kit and door caps installed. There is some rust in the rockers and small holes in the floor around the jacking point. The hardtop is easily removable for open air driving.
This car has the electronic overdrive transmission which would give you 6 forward gears (overdrive in 4th and 5th) however not working right now so it is running with the standard 4 gears right now.

Car has a clear Iowa title in my name.
