When I bought the car in September of ’01. it had been stored in a lumber drying shed for 13 years. (Imagine driving on 13 year old bias ply tires! Steer with the throttle in an MG!) My intent was to make it a safe driver. clean it up and sell it at the British car show in the spring. The wife and I grew fond of it and decided to keep it for a few years. It is really pretty easy to maintain. parts are readily available and reasonably priced. I think you can buy everything except a VIN! Two moves and 13 years later. my interests have changed and I no longer enjoy tinkering with cars. In the "Condition Description". I listed anything significant that I'd replaced. I should note that the radio doesn't work. No idea why. and just enjoyed the exhaust note. I've also never used the heater or defroster. and so can't comment on them. Anything that I've replaced with aftermarket. the original part is going with the car. unless it was just plain broken. The original air filters. for instance. are in the "MG Parts" box. I'm throwing in the repair manuals and all receipts. In the photo with the yellow lift arm showing. the dime size dark spot just to the left of the lift pad is the only rust hole in the floors. I have 12 more photos available. and could take additional if there is something specific you wanted to see. A certified appraiser declared the paint to be original. The hood is aluminum. which I'm told is a plus. value wise. The car is a driver. I'd consider delivering it Any questions. please ask.
