Built for nearly twenty years, the MG Midget was produced from 1961-1979. They went through a variety of changes from the Mk1, II, III and finally the Midget 1500 which was the most powerful of all the Midgets. However, with US regulation on fuel MG had to increase power to find a way to combat emissions regulations which robbed power. These cars have a tremendous following and are excellent starter cars for collectors just getting in to the hobby with... a certain price point in mind. GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this very nice 1975 Midget for your consideration. Finished in a lovely shade of dark red and is in very nice shape overall. The body is very solid and the paint is quite nice. US market bumpers are present, as is nice chrome knock-off wire wheels, excellent chrome trim, rear luggage rack, and a brand new convertible top. The interior is very clean and stock as well and the seats are comfortable and supportive This little Midget has been enjoyed by its current owner for the last six years and has been well cared for. It has been recently serviced and tune at University Motors by the well known John Twist. The car features a smooth running 1,493cc I4 mated to a 4-speed manual transmission with synchromesh. A wonderful little car and a blast to drive, you won't be disappointed. To see over 80 photos of this car, including undercarriage please visit our website br/-
