Description of 1970 MG MGB

1970 MGB project I no longer have time or energy for. 85% of parts with many new or reconditioned. Needs a resourceful and passionate person to finish and enjoy.
What has been done:
Entire suspension including bushings, bearings, seals, shocks
Engine completely rebuilt (w/ 0 miles)
Front and rear under carriage cleaned and painted
Gauges reconditioned and "white faced"
Transmission rebuilt (4 speed non OD)
What needs to be done:
Sills and rear dog legs replaced
Driver side floor
Rear body panel replaced (have new one)
Front radiator support replaced (have new one)
Have all body panels except for hood and grill
Interior recovered
Dash recovered. I was converting to a steel (un-padded dash)
What needs to be purchased:
Hood
grill
interior covering (have seats)
Sills and driver floor
Weatherstripping
Soft top
What comes with it:
All body panels (less hood)
All glass and trim including windshield

This is not a bolt up and go car. The right person can finish and it will be a collector car. I estimate 2 to 3k to complete if you do most of the work yourself. It is currently registered and insured as an antique in RI. No Title but I will provide registration and bill of sale.
Engine, transmission and suspension are worth more than asking price. I have over $3000 invested. Local pickup in central Rhode Island only.
