1960 MG MGA Convertible Red RWD Manual black

Selling my 1960 mga. This very nice 1960 red mga has been upgraded with a 1964 mgb 1.8 motor / three bolt main and a 4 speed trans.

Super solid rust free arizona car. It Has been in so cal the last 15 years ish; before that arizona. Comes w/ its arizona historical plates. No dents. No rust.

It has had a lot of money invested over the years including Interior, Newer knock off spoke Wire wheel Rims, New generator, gear reduction starter, voltage regulator. Car was Converted to negative ground. It has a extra fan installed w under dash switch. Also a Radio delete car.

The 1.8 mgb Motor was fully rebuilt in 2016 w paperwork w/ super low miles on the car since the rebuild (the odometer reading is showing since the rebuild) Basically between previous owner and myself a Sunday driver / local car show driver for the last 17 years.

Comes with its original soft top top as well that will want to be refurbished. New Side windows in box are included. Note this is a grest looking car but there are minor blemishes: a couple very small chips. Hood and trunk lid could use color sand.

Car runs and drives solid…solid oil pressure, temp and idol…but please note *** The su carbs have some air leaks its time for a rebuild on the carbs as it is not running at peak performance as a result. The next owner should plan to rebuild the carbs.

The brakes work of course but feel a bit soft; i would probably at some point recommend a brake job ( E brake works great by the way). Car has no seat belts.

I have taken $$$ off the price to cover these costs and time. For me, the Time and physical constraints have not allowed me to deal with those last two things thus far on my list.

Clean california title.
