Description of 1970 MG MGB

It's time to sell my faithful 1970 MGB. I've owned this car since 1992. Brought it home as a project way back when.
It's powered by a rebuilt 1981 Datsun 1.4 liter, A14 solid lifter engine and Datsun 5-speed transmission. So you know it will run forever with little to no upkeep. Odometer didn't work, so I am unsure on actual mileage.I've done so much over the years it going to be hard to list it all here. There are lots of pics, LMK if you need to see something else.
It does come with a decent original soft top and the bows. Not a perfect car by any means, but a good solid example.Body work and paint were done around 20 years ago. It has been stored indoors its entire life here.Has a few little dings, but presents well for a 50+ year old car.
Over the years its gotten new 1/4 panels, floorboards, rockers, carpet, wheels, shocks, exhaust, alternator, water pump, clutch cylinders, brake master cylinder ... you get the idea.Put 4 new tires on 2 years ago. Probably less than 100 miles on them.Has a late model Ford AM/FM/CD that works, but the display has gone dead.
I probably haven't put more than 1500 miles on the engine since I rebuilt it back around 2001-2002. Seems like I remember it being low on brake fluid last year, but the brakes worked ok when I drove it in May.Also, I'm sure the hoses and belts could use replacing...
It gets started every year, and driven for maybe 5 or 10 miles. Thats all. :(It runs & drives, but its NOT a hop in and drive everywhere car, it needs some attention, since it never really sees the road. Best if your a car person, so you can love its little quirks, and fix what needs fixing from time to time.I just hate seeing it sit idle, and want someone take it out and enjoy it, I don't seem to have the time anymore.
Please LMK if you have any questions, and I'll be happy to try and answer them. Bob
