For Sale is a 1960 MGA Convertible. This car is a true barn find. It was found in a shed and has not been driven in a few years. Car is in good condition. with the normal occasional places where it has been in a scrape or two. Engine does turn over and I believe with a little gas would actually start without a problem. The paint is an older respray and from 20 feet away looks really good. It has chips in the paint and shows a couple areas of rust. One area has rust along the rocker panel on the passenger side. as well as some bubble spots behind the driver's side door in front of the rear fender. Undercarriage of the car is dry and shows no major damage or issues on the frame or other parts. Bottom seat cushions and bases were removed due to wood rot and mildew. Back cushions are in good working order. Lights and instruments came to life when I hooked up a battery and tested them. Hydraulics and brake system has not been checked and this vehicle cannot be driven until that is done. Body of the car is solid. however. I have found some body filler in some areas of trunk. hood and parts of doors (all the aluminum parts). Car comes with 5 chrome wire knockoff wheels (spare has some rust flaking of chrome on wheel) - and one brand new rear tire and tube. nbsp;new heater hoses. spark plugs. top radiator hose. points and condenser. Car is a roller but cannot be driven in its current condition. Clear Texas title.
